Mindful Workshop with two circles of people stood talking

Making Happy Mistakes

£6 - £15

When: Wed, 22nd Jan 2025 • 11am - 12:30pm

Other Dates:

We're starting 2025 right - by focussing on ourselves and our happiness. This workshop looks at how we can reframe our thinking around making mistakes.

Our brain has a natural negativity bias. It's designed to keep us safe rather than happy so when mistakes happen we can get stuck focusing on the bad parts of them. This workshop uses various exercises to explore how we can celebrate mistakes and think positively around them. We’ll be working together as a group and in pairs for this mindful and playful session. This class is for you if:

  • Making small mistakes impacts your mood more than you think it should

  • You want to work on positive thinking

  • You fancy trying something new and meeting new people!
